If you boil sugar and butter together for long enough it eventually turns into a crunchy yet buttery toffee often called "buttercrunch". I've used this same flavour in one of my all time most popular ice creams: Chocolate almond sea salt toffee. This time it's pretzel bites instead of almonds. Part of 2023's American theme.
Ingredients: organic milk, fair trade Madagascan dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, vanilla), sugar, pretzel buttercrunch (wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin) rapeseed oil, sea salt, dextrose, yeast powder, sodium hydroxide), butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla essence (vodka, vanilla)), cream, glucose, milk powder, cocoa powder.
