A creamy ice cream delicately flavoured with gong jiao Sechuan peppers from Hanyuan. They have a floral, citrus and fresh flavour and are less robust than do hong pao peppers usually used in savoury Chinese cooking. Be cautious eating the whole peppercorns on top! They are quite numbing.
