I make small batches of ice cream at home. Everything is made from scratch. This means pistachios are roasted and ground myself, strawberries are always fresh and in season and candied nuts are roasted and coated in candy coating by hand. I don't use any additives so they're designed to be eaten fresh. That's why I sell small quantities of small tubs so that you can gobble them up within days of getting hold of them.

I prepare my ice cream bases in a very traditional way in a saucepan then chill in the fridge and churn the next day using a simple but professional standard Italian ice cream machine.

My ice creams are 250ml. They can be bought from Nourished Communities by Blackhorse Road station, Weirdough bakery on Station road in Walthamstow and Dreamhouse Records on Francis Road in Leyton.

If you buy from this website I will deliver to your door on Friday morning. You must be available to receive delivery between 0800 and 1030. Please check you are local enough for me to cycle to your house! I've listed the postcodes I deliver to on the delivery information.
