Banofee Pie Ice Cream Sandwich

Two layers of Graham Cracker style biscuit with a thin layer of dark chocolate on one and a layer of dulche de leche on the other. Between them sits the most ridiculously over the top banana ice cream I could dream up. It's much too bananary really but it suits this brazen banana beast.
